.............Annemie, my sister, I think, and friend. You give me the great gift of not only learning how to felt a rug, but to see myself as a felter and once again to make that an important part of my future. My rug wil always remind me of you, and so will every felted garment I make - these things, for me, are connected to the earth - its colours and wild beings. So dear 'Moeder Aarde', I hope to work with you again - and, who knows, maybe go with you to Kyrgysztan. That part of the world seems some how a long ago part of myself. Perhaps a part of many of us, finding or way home many lifetimes later. Let me know if you will be going there again. Marta
You are incredible. Thank you. I learned so much. Colleen
Thanks for your patience and teachings. Julie
Dear Annemie, you are such a patient teacher. Everything was so big and kept sllipping, but you were able to solve all the problems. Thank you for all your help. You've made me a better felter. Cheryl

Bonnie's hat class
To teach you're own class is one thing. To teach the class of somebody else is another thing. So I was really glad, that Susan Higgs, who worked several times with Bonnie, could tell me some things how Bonnie works. Thanks Susan and also for jump in at the end of the day and help with the last folds. Annemie

.........Dear Annemie, we really appeciate you teaching the hat class for Bonnie. Enjoyed it a lot. Thank you! Ruth
Thank you so much for teaching on such short notice. Your class was excellent. I learned many new tricks, it's nice to finally felt with other people. Danielle

.............................................................................My dear Annemie, What a lovely class we had this week! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I learned so much about felting, embroidery, weaving and another culture. It was an awesome experience! I hope I will be able to study with you again! Suzanne
Annemie, Thank you so much for taking care of me in class. You realize when I am struggling and come to my rescue. This year you worked me through the skills of using a needle to make a lovely design with stitching. It was very exciting and I felt a sense of accomplishment. Thank you for making it happen. You work so hard to please your students, it shows in your eyes and in your heart. Never change.... your passion shines! Marleen
Seeing you for class only once a year is not enough. Pam

Annemie, Fabulous workshop with wonderful results for all of us. Your fingers showed us so much regarding how to be in charge of our creations! Thank you for it all! Nancy
Dear Annemie, Thank you so much for the gift of your experience and years of learning. You have inspired me so much during our three days together. Your generous, patient, joyful spirit was always with us. I will now also think of you as the felt whisperer. They do say: When you whisper, people listen. Thank you for being so open with us and for coming so far to share you're knowledge. Mary
